High Praise for Geoffrey Craig

One-Eyed Man and Other Stories is a collection of tales, some connected by place or overlapping characters, others that stand alone. All of them are bound by a searching empathy for people from different walks of life and different cultures who find themselves thrown together, by chance or design, in ways that never fail to reveal sparks of unexpected humanity—to us, to their fellow inhabitants of Craig's fictional worlds, and at times even to themselves.
Highly recommended!
