Hurricane Harvey and Golden Antelopes

Golden Antelope Press is proud to note that two of its 2017 authors have been helping with Hurricane Harvey relief efforts.  Gretchen Johnson, author of Single in Southeast Texas, did not get flooded, though many of her friends and colleagues in Beaumont, TX, did.  She's been helping with cleanup.  And Shome Dasgupta of Lafayette, LA--author of Anklet and Other Stories--was recently out filling sandbags in Youngsville, Louisiana.

Johnson's novel happens to begin in the eye of the 2007 Hurricane Humberto.  Check out Mari Coulter's review in the September 2017 Midwest Book Review.
