John Young's When the Coin Is in the Air is being reviewed on the NPR affiliate, WVXU, tonight (August 17). 

 

He has another TV interview scheduled for on Thursday, August 22.

 

His first reading is on the same day. 

 

In September, a WVXU fund drive will feature the book as well as clips of an interview and clips of a reading.

 

In October, he'll be part of the Books By the Banks' Midwest Book Festival. 

 

And one more piece of news: the top sound studio in Cincinnati wants to produce an audiobook version of When the Coin Is in the Air at no charge--with the author reading. "That’s a big deal," Young says.
